Ritual and Mantra
Make use of a ritual to help you communicate to the Universe your intention and do the mantra associated with the ritual to activate in your brain the part that deals with the emotion or action needed for the month.
1 Brand new clear/white glass plate
1 package of Cristovao Brilho's CLEANSING & PROTECTION Salt
1 bottle of Cristovao Brilho’s GUIDES & ANGELS Oil
3 red or black or white crystals
In a piece of paper write down the name of only 1 person
Preparing your ritual:
On the back of the paper with the name or picture you must write the following mantra:
ZILOMA GIVE ME THE POWER
Place paper with name and Mantra on bottom of dish
Sprinkle the bag of the salt on top of the paper
Pour all of the oil
Place crystals in a triangle form
Allow this ritual to remain in a quiet place for 21 days and then offer it to spirituality by placing it in nature.
Repeat the mantra (out loud or silently) for the next 21 days at least once a day for one minute.
Other suggestions:
Keep the color red around you by placing red flowers in the house, wear red clothes, sleep in red sheets, wear jewelry with something red, eat red food, etc
Work with the RED part of the Optia Symbol.
