How to use the crystals: Every day hold a blue crystal for 3 minutes with your LEFT hand

Tips for the month:

Eat blue foods, place blue flowers in the house, wear blue clothes, sleep with blue sheets, wear blue jewelry, shower with blue soap (Stress Free Liquid soap), place a blue crystal on your nightstand, desk at work and in your car. Surround yourself with the color blue.

Ritual and Mantra

Ingredients:

1 blue Crystals
1 bottle of Lots of Love Liquid Soap
1 bag of Stress Free Salt
1 Brand new clear/white glass plate
Paper with name or picture

Preparation:

On the back of the paper with the name(s) or picture(s) you must write the following mantra:

URCARON give me patience

• Place paper with name OR picture of person (up to 2 persons) on middle of plate
• Pour all of the liquid soap
• Sprinkle the bag of salt on plate
• Place the blue crystal on top of the paper
• After 17 days dispose of the complete ritual in nature.

This mantra must be repeated daily at least once a day for one minute (may be repeated silently) for 17 days
