Crystals: Clear, Selenite, Scolocite, Kunzite, Calcite, or any other white or clear crystal.

How to use the crystals: Every day hold, with your left hand, a white crystal for 3 minutes.

Tips for the month:
Surround yourself with the color white. Eat white foods, wear white clothes, place white flowers around the house, meditate with white crystals, sleep in white sheets, visualize yourself surrounded by white light, etc.

Ritual and Mantra (to activate the brain and boost your ritual)

Ingredients:

1 Brand new clear/white plate
Paper with name or picture (up to 2 people)
1 package of Lots of Love Salt
1 bottle of Guides & Angels Oil
3 white Crystals
Petals of a white rose

Preparing your ritual:

On the back of the paper with the name or picture you must write the following mantra:
This mantra must be repeated (out loud or silently) for the next 21 days at least once a day for one minute

MANTRA: DIOMARE HELP ME TO KEEP MY FAITH!!!

- Place the paper on middle of plate
- Sprinkle the bag of salt
- Pour all of the oil
- Place white crystals in a triangle shape
- Sprinkle all the petals of a white rose around the border of the dish
Allow this ritual to remain in a quiet place for 21 days and then offer it to spirituality by placing it in nature (woods, ocean, canal, lake, garden) (except the plate).
