Ritual and Mantra (to activate the brain and boost your ritual) How to prepare:
In a new white or clear dish, (glass or plastic) to be used exclusively for rituals, put a paper with up to 3 names.
On the back of the paper with the names you must write the following mantra:
EMIALON HELP ME TO FORGIVE
- Sprinkle a bag of LOTS OF LOVE salt
- Pour a bottle of HEALTH oil
- Place 1 purple or clear crystal on top
Allow this ritual to remain in a quiet place for 21 days and then offer it to spirituality by placing it in nature (woods, ocean, canal, lake, garden) (except the plate).
Repeat the mantra (out loud or silently) for the next 21 days at least once a day for one minute.
