COLOR: RED
KEYWORD: POWER
CRYSTALS: Red Quartz, Red Jasper, Garnet, Red Agate, Sunstone, Ruby or any other red stone. Use a red crystal by holding it on your LEFT HAND for at least 3 minutes every day.
SUGGESTIONS: Keep the color red around you by placing red flowers in the house, wear red clothes, sleep in red sheets, wear jewelry with something red, work with the red part of the OPTIA symbol, eat red foods, etc.
RITUAL AND MANTRA
Make the ritual to communicate to the Universe your intention and do the mantra associated with the ritual to activate in your brain the part that deals with the emotion or action needed for the month.
Ingredients:
1 Brand new clear/white glass plate
1 package of Cristovao Brilho's GUIDES & ANGELS Salt
1 bottle of Cristovao Brilho’s THINK CLEARLY Oil
3 Garnets
In a piece of paper write down the name of the person (up to 2 names)
Preparing your ritual:
On the back of the paper with the name(s) you must write the following
MANTRA: ONJAI GIVE ME THE POWER
Place paper with names and Mantra on bottom of dish
Sprinkle the bag of salt on top of the paper
Pour all the oil
Place the crystals (garnets) in a form of a triangle.
Allow this ritual to remain in a quiet place for 21 days and then offer it to spirituality by placing it in nature (woods, ocean, canal, lake, garden) (except the plate).
Repeat daily the associated mantra at least once a day for one minute (may be repeated silently or out loud) for 21 days
