How to use the crystals: Every day hold a white crystal for 3 minutes with your LEFT hand
Other suggestions: Surround yourself with the color white by eating white foods, wearing white clothes and jewerly, placing white flowers around the house, place a white crystal on your night table, on your desk, in your car, sleep with white sheets. Work with the WHITE part of the Optia Symbol.
Ritual and Mantra (to activate the brain and boost your ritual)
Ingredients:
New white or clear dish, (glass or plastic) for to be used exclusively in rituals;
Paper with name or picture (Up to 2 names)
1 package of GUIDES & ANGELS Salt
1 bottle of ABUNDANCE oil
3 citrine or honey calcite
Preparing your ritual:
On the back of the paper/picture with the names you must write the following mantra:
LAINON, ILLUMINATE ALL AREAS OF MY LIFE
- Place paper with names and Mantra on bottom of dish
- Sprinkle the bag of the salt
- Pour all of the oil
- Place the crystals in a triangle form
Allow this ritual to remain in a quiet place for 21 days and then offer it to spirituality by placing it in nature (woods, ocean, canal, lake, garden) (except the plate).
Repeat the mantra (out loud or silently) for the next 21 days at least once a day for one minute.
