Tips for the month:

Eat blueberries, place blue flowers in the house, wear blue, sleep on blue sheets, wear blue jewelry, shower with Cristovao Brilho's Stress Free soap, place a blue crystal on your nightstand, desk at work and in your car. Surround yourself with the color blue. Work with the blue part of the Optia Symbol.

Communication also involves listening…listen more and speak less. Think before you speak.



Ritual and Mantra (to activate the part of the brain involving communication)

Ingredients:

4 blue Crystals
1 package of Lots of Love Salt
1 bottle of Angels & Guides Oil
1 bottle of Stress Free Liquid Soap
1 Brand new clear/white glass plate
Paper with name or picture (s)

Preparation:

On the back of the paper with the name(s) or picture(s) you must write the following mantra:

VIAMI facilitate my communication

This mantra must be repeated daily at least once a day for one minute (may be repeated silently) for 21 days

• Place paper with name of person (up to 3 names) OR picture of person (up to 3 pictures) in middle of plate
• Sprinkle the bag of salt on plate
• Pour all of the liquid soap
• Pour all of the oil
• Place blue crystals in form of a square (inside plate)
• After 21 days dispose of the complete ritual in nature.
