Surround yourself with the color white. Eat white foods, wear white clothes, place white flowers around the house, meditate with white crystals, sleep in white sheets, visualize yourself surrounded by white light, etc.

Ritual and Mantra (to activate the brain and boost your ritual)

Ingredients:

4 white Crystals
1 package of LOTS OF LOVE Salt
1 bottle of ABUNDANCE Oil
1 bottle of PROTECTION AND CLEANSING Soap
1 Brand new clear/white glass plate
Paper with name or picture (s)

Preparing your ritual:

On the back of the paper with the name(s) or picture(s) you must write the following mantra:
UIBANDU ALLOW ME HAVE CONSCIENCE
This mantra must be repeated (out loud or silently) for the next 21 days at least once a day for one minute·

- Place paper with name of person (up to 3 names) OR picture of person (up to 3 pictures) in the middle of the plate
- Sprinkle the bag of salt on plate
- Pour all of the liquid soap
- Pour all of the oil
- Place the crystals in form of an square (inside plate)
After 21 days dispose of the complete ritual in nature.
